End User License Agreement

Effective 22 July 2026

1. License grant

Infivector Technologies Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and run the Conduit engine, CLI, desktop app and supplied plugins. The license is limited to the plan, devices, human seats and paid term shown by your entitlement. Free use is limited to the Free feature set. The software is licensed, not sold.

2. Team use

A Team seat is assigned to one human user. The Team owner may assign and revoke seats through the account console. You may make reasonable internal copies needed to install or back up Conduit, but you may not distribute those copies outside the licensed organization.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute proprietary Conduit components. You may not bypass licensing, entitlement, device or seat controls. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software except to the extent applicable law permits despite this restriction. Do not remove ownership or legal notices.

4. Open-source components

Third-party open-source components remain governed by their own licenses. Notices supplied with Conduit identify those components. Their licenses control if this EULA conflicts with rights granted for those components.

5. Agent tools and output

Conduit coordinates separately installed agent tools. Their licenses, provider terms and data practices remain separate. Infivector does not license those tools or guarantee their output. You retain rights in your repositories and output subject to applicable third-party terms.

6. Updates

Conduit may verify and install signed updates according to the update settings you choose. An update may be required to preserve service compatibility, correct a defect or maintain a supported version.

7. Termination

The paid license ends when the entitlement expires or is revoked. Conduit may continue under the Free feature set where available. We may terminate this license for a material breach after notice and a reasonable chance to correct it, unless immediate action is required by law or to prevent harm. On termination, stop using paid-only components and remove copies you are no longer licensed to keep.

8. Terms, warranty and liability

The Terms of Service governs payment, warranty limits, liability, disputes and other service terms. The Privacy Policy explains hosted account data. Mandatory rights that law does not permit us to exclude remain in force.
