Conduit hosted service
- Amazon Web Services, cloud hosting, database, object storage, signing and secret storage. Primary service region: United States.
- Resend, transactional magic-link email delivery. Processing location depends on its service infrastructure.
- Google, OpenID Connect authentication only when the customer selects Google sign-in. Google acts under its own terms for the sign-in interaction.
Payment provider
Dodo Payments is merchant of record and acts as an independent controller for payment, tax, invoicing, fraud review, refunds and chargebacks. Dodo provides Infivector with billing and subscription metadata needed to issue a Conduit entitlement.
Website
- Cloudflare, website delivery and network protection.
- Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, optional website analytics. These services do not load until the visitor accepts analytics.
Changes
Team customers may request provider-change notices by emailing [email protected]. Material new subprocessors are announced at least 30 days before they begin processing Team customer data where the Data Processing Addendum requires notice.
