These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Infivector Technologies Private Limited, referred to as Infivector. Our registered office is Om Chambers, 648/A, 1st Stage, 4th Floor, Binnamangala, Indiranagar, Bangalore North, Bangalore 560038, Karnataka, India. By creating a paid checkout, buying a subscription or using a paid Conduit feature, you agree to these terms and the End User License Agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter a paid subscription.
Conduit is an engine, CLI and desktop app that coordinates installed coding agents. The engine and coordination store run in your environment, on a workstation or an interactive cloud host. The hosted Infivector service provides sign-in, licensing, entitlement, organization administration and downloads. It does not receive repository content, prompts, responses or worktree content.
Agent tools and model providers are separate services. They may process content according to your configuration and their own terms. A Conduit subscription does not include their subscriptions or usage charges.
Give accurate account information and protect access to your email, devices and sign-in methods. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or activation has been used without permission. You are responsible for actions taken through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Free has no subscription charge. Personal Pro costs $29 per year at standard pricing. An eligible founding purchase costs $10 for its first year and renews at $29 while the subscription remains active. Team costs $60 per human seat per year with a five-seat minimum. Checkout shows the applicable price before payment. Taxes may be added by Dodo Payments based on the transaction location.
A Team owner controls seat assignments and is responsible for keeping its roster accurate. A seat is for one human user and may not be shared. Increasing a Team quantity may create an immediate prorated charge. A reduction cannot disable an assigned seat mid-period and may take effect at the next billing period.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and legal seller for the payment transaction. Dodo processes payment, tax, invoices, refunds and chargebacks under its buyer terms. Infivector supplies and licenses Conduit.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each year at the price shown for the next term unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel through your account or the Dodo customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access continues through the current period, then Conduit downgrades to Free without deleting local work. The Refund and Cancellation Policyapplies.
Do not use Conduit to break the law, infringe another person's rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, disrupt the service or probe hosted systems without written permission. Do not resell or sublicense Conduit unless a signed order allows it. You remain responsible for repositories, instructions and third-party tools you choose to connect.
You retain ownership of your repositories, instructions and outputs. Infivector owns Conduit, its hosted services and related intellectual property. If you provide feedback, you allow Infivector to use it without restriction or payment, but not to identify you publicly without permission.
We may update Conduit to correct defects, maintain compatibility or change features. We will not knowingly remove a paid core feature during a current term without a replacement, reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy. Hosted services may be unavailable during maintenance or due to events outside our control.
We may suspend hosted access for non-payment, fraud, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to correct the issue. We may act immediately when delay would cause harm or violate law. You may stop using Conduit at any time. Sections intended to survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, warranty limits and dispute terms, continue to apply.
Conduit is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Infivector disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that an agent will produce correct code or that Conduit will prevent every agent, provider or repository error. Nothing here excludes a warranty or consumer remedy that law does not permit us to exclude.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Neither party is liable for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Infivector's total liability arising from Conduit is limited to the amount you paid for Conduit in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For a Free user, the limit is INR 10,000.
These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence. They also do not apply to a breach of confidentiality or data-protection duties. The limit also does not apply to liability that law does not permit a party to limit.
Indian law governs these terms. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. If mandatory consumer law gives you rights or a forum in your place of residence, this section does not take them away. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for an attempt to resolve it.
We may update these terms. We will post the effective date and give reasonable notice of a material change to paid customers. A change does not retroactively alter an already-paid term unless required by law or accepted by you.
