It coordinates the agent tools you already run: Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Hermes Agent, OpenClaw and custom adapters. A durable engine in your environment owns dispatch, actor identity, session ordering, leases, interventions, worktree isolation, budgets and signed evidence.
The engine runs on your workstation or an interactive cloud host over an owner-only socket. Prompts, responses, source and worktree content stay in that environment. The hosted service handles licensing only and holds metadata, never your work.
Not without a supported operating-system credential backend. Linux uses Secret Service when available. If the host has no Secret Service, Conduit supports manual CLI use through a short-lived terminal confirmation for each mutation. Plugin pairing, hosted sign-in and unattended service operation stay disabled in that mode.
No. A Conduit subscription does not include agent-tool subscriptions such as Codex or Claude Code, and it does not include model-provider usage. Those are billed by their own vendors.
Free for solo local use, Personal Pro at $29 per year, Team at $5 per human seat per month billed annually with a five-seat minimum, and Enterprise by contact. The first 500 Personal Pro subscribers pay $10 for the first year, which renews at $29 while active.
The app verifies every update against a signed manifest and checks the digest before installing. It snapshots your database first, so if an update cannot complete the current version stays runnable and your data is restored.
The app downgrades to Free. Every local workspace stays readable and exportable, and new runs continue in one workspace you select. Downgrade never deletes or hides your work.
An optional enterprise integration that adds verified provider usage and signed evidence through AION Enterprise. Conduit is fully usable without it, and the two products keep separate licenses and signing keys.
The tested support matrix is on the download page: Codex 0.144 and up below 1.0, Claude Code 2.x, OpenCode 1.x, Hermes Agent 0.18 and up below 1.0, OpenClaw 0.1 and up below 2.0, plus a custom adapter protocol. Naming a third-party tool is interoperability, not endorsement.
After checkout, sign in inside the app with conduit license signin, or sign in from the desktop app. Your subscription activates once the payment is confirmed, and the app verifies a signed entitlement offline afterward. A signed entitlement keeps working for a 30-day offline grace period before the app falls back to Free.
